  These guys are crooks who take full advantage of anyone they can to make a few extra bucks. Do not care about their customers at all, just their money. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon wireless store such as the one in the mall. Will be switching to t-mobile after the experience I had here, finally realizing that they charged me money for a new phone while I had coverage on my old one. The scam artist who drinks iced coffees and smokes cigarettes all day will give you the run around about how they only treat their customers the best.... while telling me if I go to another Verizon store they won’t help me. I go to another Verizon store and they totally undress this guy and tell me that he scammed me and that I have coverage for another phone. Unreal! I knew from the very start of my conversation the guys at this store are frauds. Really hope these guys get exposed by someone else. They mostly deal with older people who have no idea what to do about their phones, so they are probably making a killing off of them. Great job, you scumbags. I just received my brand new galaxy s7 edge replacement from the claim I put it..... something they tried to do but couldn’t because it wouldn’t benefit them. To cover their ass, they will make you fill out a google review at the end of the session, thinking that you won’t know how to get back to it later if you in fact realize what they did. Will be filing a complaint to a bigger department!
