  I received a frantic call from my daughter that her cat was chasing a bat and caught it. I called Bats-R-Us on the way home. They were there before I was. At that point the bat was missing. Joe was able to locate it hiding in this tiny crazy little space and pull it out. He gave me instructions on how to get the bat tested, what we needed to do for the cats and how to treat my family. They are coming back to do a heat sensor to find out where the bats are coming in. Then to seal those spots. They are professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend them 100%
